		<description>We love both butternut and chard; well, I do, anyway - my husband tolerates them pretty well, though!  (Which is fortunate for him, because I still have a ton of swiss chard in the garden!  I will definitely try your chard &amp; potato recipe!)

I picked up about a half bushel of butternut a couple of weeks ago at the farmer&#039;s market, and we enjoyed butternut soup last week.  Now I&#039;m slowly working on roasting them and putting them in the freezer pre-cooked.  Also, you do know that you can roast butternut squash (and others) just like pumpkin seeds, right?  Such a great snack!</description>
