		<description>Whenever I notice my weight creeping up, I try to up the amount of produce I eat.  For me focusing on things I should be eating (whole grains, fruits, veggies, etc.)  is easier than focusing on what I should not be eating.  Somehow in that mix, I tend to eat less sugary carby foods because I&#039;m filling up on other things.  
 
A great dinner example of this is grilled chicken with mango salsa, black beans, brown rice, and sauteed bell peppers and onions.  With all those fun things and fresh flavors, you don&#039;t miss the chips or tortillas (okay, you might miss them a little!)

I&#039;m going to think about taking this challenge on - losing 15 pounds in 12 weeks, which will bring me to a healthier 185 lbs. Definitely not my goal weight, but better than where I am now. Thank you for this post. It motivated me today! </description>
