This is My Confession

I’ve been a bum. In case you don’t know what I’m referring to, take a look at the number of blog postings during September and October 2009 compared to August 2009 on the sidebar. It’s ridiculous. Some changes must be made going forward.

But I would like to add that it’s not totally my fault. The new seasons of Desperate Housewives, Glee, The Office, and 30 Rock start in the fall. Once I’m on Hulu, I have to check out The Daily Show with Jon Stewart. And you know there was a lot of drama on The Real Housewives. Mmhmm.

I’m just sayin’. I’m only human.

Although You Have More Than You Think is fairly young, I don’t want my baby to become irrelevant. These past couple months, I feel like I’ve been punished with a decreased rate of growth in subscribers. Is that justice? I guess that’s the price you pay for being inconsistent and lazy.

Well this behavior has got to stop. For November 2009, I’m shooting for five blog posts a week. Regardless of how you perceived my previous blog posts, the ‘five a week platter’ will be of lower quality.

I’m kinda nervous committing to that many posts. Oh, well. If I can’t do it, I’ll just sneak back in here and delete all the incriminating evidence. Hehehe.

By the way, Happy Halloween!!!

Anything that makes you feel guilty enough to keep posting more, makes me happy

(just kidding.. sorta)

I love your writing :) And I’d love to read more! But don’t push yourself until you quit completely. I want you here for the long haul.

Well, thank you! September and October were somewhat hectic months for me both personally and professionally. I figure I can try posting five days a week for November and see how that goes. Besides the fall line-up of television shows, I’m fresh out of excuses for posting less frequently than that.

Was this message for me?

Glad to see you’ve updated your blog. You should’ve had me forward you a picture of the ear warmer I bought. It works really well. I’ve only had a chance to where it once. I have to wait until it’s 1) cool enough and 2) I have on an outfit that works with it.

I’ve already gotten some backlash about the green earrings.
