The spaghetti I made last week was absolutely wonderful. It was the first time I used canned pasta sauce. Personally, I can't tell the difference between homemade, jarred, and canned pasta sauce, so I'll be sticking with the least expensive variety - canned.
For some reason, I feel a lot of anxiety about the coming week.
Maybe it’s because I’m not looking forward to the long workout I’ve mentally committed to this morning. (You should’ve seen how much food I ate this weekend. Sea salt gelato is the devil.) Plus, I usually work longer on Mondays. And if that’s not enough, I have to get this place in suitable condition for the Airbnb guest who arrives tomorrow afternoon.
Where’s the time to cook?!

Monday: Slow Cooker Pork Roast with Carrots, Potatoes, and Onions
Tuesday: Fried Swai, Mixed Vegetables, and Yellow Rice
Wednesday: Chicken Chili
Thursday/Friday: Leftovers
Saturday: BonChon Chicken (If you’ve never tried Korean Fried Chicken, I suggest you do so IMMEDIATELY.)
Sunday: Sausage, Potatoes, Onions, Mushrooms, and Feta Cheese Skillet
